The Gluten-Free Pita Bread is made with all natural ingredients and no preservatives.

In order to keep the freshness of the Pita, it was packaged as soon as it left the oven and went straight into the freezer. Obviously the pita bread will be thawed by the time it arrives at your home. Upon arrival the Pita Bread should be put in the freezer. When you are ready for a pita, remove frozen Pita from the freezer and warm it up in the micro wave for 30-40 seconds.

The process that we use for packaging will keep the Pitas fresh even after shipping them.

The shipping method that we use is United State Postal Service USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground
