23 years ago when my son had to start his gluten free diet , little was know about products.  The grocery stores were not stocked with gluten free items.  Life has become easier and tastier for the person that needs to be on such a diet.

Big name companies are now manufacturing Gluten Free products which means more products on the grocery store shelf.

Just this year I have found Gluten Free Matza, Betty Crocker Gluten Free cake Mix, Chex Gluten Free Cereal, Budweiser Gluten Free Beer.

Finally, there will be GLUTEN FREE PITA BREAD.
